Who we are and what this covers

yemez.com (the “site”) is run by Utlyze (“Utlyze,” “we,” “us” or “our”). This policy explains what information we handle when you visit the site or email us about it, and what we do with it.

This policy covers the site only. It does not cover background checks, which are handled by a consumer reporting agency under its own privacy policy (see Background checks and consumer reports). It also does not cover other websites we link to (see Links to other sites and services).

Information we collect

When you visit

A website cannot send you a page without receiving some technical information from your browser. When you visit, our hosting provider, Vercel, receives your IP address, the page you asked for, the date and time, the site or page that linked you here, and your browser and device type. Vercel may also work out an approximate location, such as city and country, from your IP address. Vercel uses this information to deliver and protect the site and may keep it in server logs. Vercel describes how it handles this information, including any other uses, in its privacy notice.

When you email us

If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and anything you write or attach.

Please do not email us candidate details, Social Security numbers, background check reports or other sensitive information. We do not need it, and email is not the place for it.

No cookies, analytics or tracking

The site does not set cookies. It does not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, social media pixels or session recording. It has no forms, no accounts and no sign-in.

The site’s fonts and images are served from the site itself, so loading a page does not contact font or image services run by others.

The only script on the site runs the Copy buttons on the Connect page. It copies a code example to your clipboard inside your browser and sends nothing to us.

Because the site does not track visitors over time or across other websites, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals have no tracking to switch off. We treat every visit the same way.

How we use information

We use the little information we receive to:

• deliver the site, keep it working and protect it from abuse;
• read and answer your emails, and keep a record of our correspondence; and
• comply with the law and protect our rights and the rights and safety of others.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for targeted advertising, and we do not use it to build profiles of visitors.

How we share information

We share information only in these cases:

• With service providers that help us run the site and our email, such as Vercel, which hosts the site. Each handles information under its own terms and privacy notice.
• With a consumer reporting agency or other partner, only if you ask us to pass your enquiry on.
• When the law requires it, or when needed to protect rights, property or safety.
• With a buyer or successor, if the site or our business is sold, merged or reorganized.

Background checks and consumer reports

Yemez does not prepare or furnish consumer reports and is not a consumer reporting agency. The site does not collect candidate information, and no background check is ordered through this site.

Background checks described on the site are prepared and delivered by the consumer reporting agency (CRA) that fulfils them. Today, that is Vuplicity. The CRA handles candidate information under its own privacy policy and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and the candidate gives consent through the CRA’s hosted flow.

Read Vuplicity’s privacy policy and its summary of your rights under the FCRA. If a background check was run about you, contact the CRA that prepared it to see your file or to dispute information in it.

Links to other sites and services

The site links to websites and services that are covered by their own policies, not this one:

• The booking page on utlyze.com, where you can schedule a call. That website uses its own cookies and analytics, described in the Utlyze privacy policy.
• Vuplicity’s website, sign-up page, developer documentation, API and MCP server. If you or your AI agents use them, Vuplicity receives that information under its own privacy policy.
• AI assistants and AI agent tools you use, which their providers run under their own policies.

Please read the policies of any site or service you use.

How long we keep information

We keep emails for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep ordinary business records, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. You can ask us to delete them.

Vercel keeps its server logs under its own retention practices. We use them only to run and protect the site.

Security

The site is served over encrypted HTTPS connections. Because it collects almost nothing, there is little to protect. Still, no website, email system or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

Children’s privacy

The site is meant for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

A site for the United States

The site is meant for people and businesses in the United States, and the background checks it describes are governed by United States law. If you visit from outside the United States, your information is handled in the United States and wherever our service providers operate.

Your state privacy rights

Some states, including California, give residents rights over their personal information. Depending on where you live, these can include the right to know what we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale, its sharing for targeted advertising, or profiling.

Because this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no forms, the only personal information we are likely to hold about you is what you sent us by email. We do not sell it, share it for targeted advertising or use it for profiling.

To make a request, email james@utlyze.com. We may ask you to confirm who you are. Someone you authorize may make a request for you where state law allows. We will not treat you differently for using your rights. If we decline a request, we will tell you why, and you can appeal by replying to our answer.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the site or our practices change. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. If a change is significant, we will point it out on this page. This version takes effect on September 29, 2026.
