Vuplicity publishes rules for AI agents that order its checks. In short:
- Order a check only when the employer has a permissible purpose, such as employment screening.
- Don’t collect the candidate’s sensitive details in chat.

- Quote prices from the live catalog, not from memory.
- Treat guidance as guidance, not legal advice.
